Practice websites that turn searches into appointment enquiries
Patients choosing a private dentist compare three or four practices in one sitting. They are reading for reassurance: is this treatment right for me, what does it involve, who would be doing it, and how quickly can I be seen. A practice website's job is to answer all four before they close the tab.
- A page per treatment
- Clinician-approved content
- Enquiry paths built for mobile
Treatment pages are the engine
Implants, aligners, whitening, veneers, hygiene and emergency appointments are separate searches with separate intent and very different values. Each deserves its own page covering what the treatment involves, who it suits, what happens at each appointment, recovery, and what to consider on cost. That structure is also what lets a practice rank for high-value treatments rather than just its own name.
Trust does the converting
- Named clinicians with real photographs and registration details
- Genuine patient reviews, displayed honestly and never fabricated
- Clear, careful language about what a treatment can and cannot achieve
- Practical detail: parking, accessibility, opening hours, what the first visit involves
- Before-and-after imagery only where you hold proper consent
Local visibility for a practice
Most new-patient searches are local and many are urgent. We make sure the Google Business Profile is fully built out with the right categories and services, opening hours are accurate, and the site carries consistent practice details and appropriate local structured data so the listing and the website reinforce each other.
Making the enquiry easy
Phone still dominates for urgent appointments, so tap-to-call sits on every screen. Alongside it, a short enquiry form and an optional website assistant handle out-of-hours interest, capture the treatment of interest and send the details straight to reception rather than losing them overnight.

Common questions
- Do you write the clinical content?
- We draft treatment pages in plain English and a clinician at the practice reviews and approves them before publication. We do not publish clinical claims that have not been checked by you.
- Which pages bring the most new patients?
- Individual treatment pages. A single 'Treatments' list cannot rank for implants, aligners and hygiene at once — each needs its own page explaining the procedure, suitability, what to expect and next steps.
- Can the site handle appointment requests?
- Yes. At minimum a short enquiry form with instant confirmation. Direct calendar booking is possible where your practice-management software supports it.
- Can you add star ratings to our Google listing in search results?
- Not artificially. Review markup must reflect genuine reviews collected in line with Google's guidelines — inventing ratings risks a manual penalty.
