Websites built to load fast, rank and be easy to change

A website is a piece of software, not a brochure. We build sites that render on the server so search engines see complete pages, store editable content in a database, and connect the enquiry paths to email and automation from day one.

  • Server-side rendered
  • Editable content
  • Integrated enquiry handling

Why build rather than assemble

Page builders get you live quickly and then charge you in performance, plugin conflicts and pages you cannot restructure. A custom build costs more up front and stops costing you afterwards: fewer moving parts, no plugin licences, and no rebuild the next time you add a service line.

What we deliver

  • Server-rendered pages so content is in the HTML for crawlers and social previews
  • Component system so new pages match without redesigning anything
  • Database-backed content for articles, services and case studies
  • Forms that submit in-page and notify you by email — no mailto links
  • Per-page titles, descriptions, canonical URLs and structured data wired into the routing
  • An automatically generated XML sitemap that includes new content as it is published

Integrations we commonly wire in

  • Transactional email for enquiry notifications and confirmations
  • Automation platforms such as n8n for publishing and lead routing
  • WhatsApp and click-to-call paths for mobile visitors
  • AI chat and booking flows where they genuinely shorten the enquiry
  • Analytics and Search Console readiness so results can be measured

Performance and accessibility are part of the build

Images are sized and lazy-loaded below the fold, the hero image is preloaded, fonts are loaded without blocking, and animation respects reduced-motion settings. Colour contrast and keyboard navigation are checked before launch rather than patched afterwards.

How the work runs

01

03

Review

You get a staging link and we work through your feedback list.

04

Launch

Redirects, sitemap, Search Console and analytics checked before and after go-live.

Common questions

What do you build websites with?
Modern JavaScript frameworks with server-side rendering, so pages arrive as real HTML that Google can read without executing scripts. Content that changes often is stored in a database and edited without touching code.
Can I edit the content myself?
Yes. Pages that change regularly — articles, services, case studies — are database-driven with an editing route, so you are not paying us for text changes.
How long does a build take?
A focused small-business site is typically three to six weeks from signed design. Larger sites with catalogues, multiple languages or integrations take longer and we scope those separately.
Do you take over an existing website?
Often, yes. We audit what is there first. Sometimes the fastest route is rebuilding the front end and keeping your content; sometimes the existing platform is fine and only needs fixing.
