On qualifying purchases, an authorised staff member scans the customer's card and awards a stamp.

Redeem

Customers unlock a reward when they reach the stamp target your café has chosen.

Example reward: "Collect 10 stamps, enjoy a coffee on us." This is illustrative — each participating café sets its own reward rules.

Good to know: scanning the registration QR code enrols the customer. It does not award stamps — staff award stamps after qualifying purchases.

Common questions

Do customers need another app?
No separate consumer app is planned. Cards are designed for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, which most customers already have on their phones.
How are stamps added?
An authorised member of staff scans the customer's card after a qualifying purchase. Scanning the registration QR code only enrols a customer — it never awards stamps on its own.
Can the card use our café's branding?
Yes — branded cards are part of the planned service, including your name, colours and logo.
Can we choose the reward?
Configurable reward rules are planned, so each café sets its own stamp target and reward.
Is it connected to our till?
The initial product uses staff-operated scanning. POS integrations and automatic payment-triggered stamps are future possibilities rather than current features.
